Traditional Debt Recovery activity that focuses on recovering debt that has been previously referred to another Debt Collection Agency or a Lawyer. This line of business is a commission based all inclusive arrangement.

​Courtesy calls to the debtors with the aim of recovering the outstanding debts without utilising the traditional debt collection methods. 

​The calls are specifically designed to manage the recovery in a more  empathetic manner, whilst at the same time establishing the capability of the debtors to resolve the issue.  This information is relayed directly to our clients. This service does not include Debt Collection Letters or  Legal Action.

Skip Tracing

Aimed directly at locating you missing debtor.  Our compliance focused and managed outsourced team of professional skip trace agents are second to none in their field and regularly exceed our clients  expectations with their results. ​

Litigation

​Our Legal Panel are experienced in all types of litigation from Motor claims through to Builders Warranty matters.

We offer free support and advice where possible to assist our clients with the day to day issues that they are faced with.  Our Lawyers are committed to producing results quickly and recovering all of your money in the most cost effective way.

Value Added

Watermans offers its clients multiple options to assist them with pre outsourced debt management.  Credit Reporting, Skip Tracing, Field Calls and Assets/Public Record Searches are available without outsourcing the debt for recovery action.
