Watermans Courtesy Call Campaigns have been very successful for a wide range of clients where customer retention is paramount.  Our Courtesy Calls program consists of a number of follow up / payment reminder calls designed to reduce our clients debtor aging, these calls are Commission Free.   

Watermans Courtesy Calls are designed to recover money quickly whilst maintaining our clients customer relationships and has been very successful in recent years.



The Courtesy Calls are a Pre Debt Collection step that helps our clients in a number of ways:
  • Recovering Funds Quickly

  • Ensuring Client/Customer Retention

  • Enabling Watermans Clients to manage its own workloads efficiently.  This is particularly useful for large ledgers and/or times when clients staffing is in short supply.

  • Reducing Debt Collection Costs.
